Fall/ Winter Season is Upon Us

Fall/ Winter Season is upon us.......Summertime is officially over here in the keys, and with the arrival of cold fronts, the fishing closer to the reef heats up. The winter season is my favorite time to fish in the keys.  There are so many species to target, and you don't have to beat yourself up going 20 miles offshore.Colder water temperatures starts the winter migration of big smoker King Mackerels, Blackfin Tunas, Wahoos, Sailfish, and a whole abundance and variety of baitfish along the reef top.  I love this time of year for the variety of fish and also the minimal travel time,  we can be catching a sailfish literally less than 3 miles from the dock vs the 15-25 miles of steaming sometimes required in the summer months.  Fishing is HOT, come on down and get u some!!!
